2 Stars. Why? Hate (1 star) is a strong word..but close in this case. I have been using webcams for years and have two of the same brand/model and both of them blow this thing clear out of the water. I know HD 720p when I see it and this ain't it. This one has noisy,grainy out of focus video and muffled, low level audio that can barely be heard much less understood. No, there is nothing wrong with my computer hardware or my settings or anything like that. I operate and maintain a high end Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bit system that is fully updated. I use it to produce and edit videos so I know what I'm doing. Did I download and install all of Creative's latest drivers and bloatware? Yep..sure did. Still looks and sounds the same..bad..really bad. I got what I paid for..not much. Be LogiTechnical and buy some other brand. Something with a C and the number 600 in it maybe. Know what I mean? Sorry Creative. You Created a Frankenstein with this one.
